My style is dynamic #vinyasa flow yoga, I combine high-intensity yoga workouts #hiittraining for body sculpting, Yin yoga for stretching, and Restorative yoga with the support of props such as folded blankets, to relax the body, reduce stress and also specialised in yoga for moms.
