Yoga is a core part of the retreat program, and we welcome beginners and people experience. We offer multi-style yoga sessions during the retreats.
Start with Posture Alignment introduction sessions, leading towards Hatha, Vinyasa, Slow-Flow, Dynamic Yoga, Breathwork, Pranayama and Restorative Yoga.
These sessions are designed to experience a different type of Yoga so you can map your body and mind differently if you are new to Yoga, our opportunity to explore the different kinds of yoga and discover which one you love the most!
Studies have proven Yoga to be one of the best ways to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and relieve symptoms such as insomnia, depression and anxiety.
Yoga can also help to improve overall fitness, strength, and flexibility.

Accommodation
Imagine starting your refreshing yoga retreat with sunrise yoga on the beach with views of the sea and mountains and enjoying a healthy homemade breakfast.
There is plenty of free time to wander around the local area or to catch some sun rays. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want. The aim is to find inner peace and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
The Beach Hotel offers spacious en-suite rooms decorated in a light traditional Greek style. Each room has a fridge, table, and balcony sea or garden view. You also have access to the beachside pool area, with sunbathing facilities.
You can choose from different types of accommodation to fit your budget and personal choice. Air conditioning is optional; all rooms have free WiFi internet access and are cleaned daily.
There are three accommodation options: Private Room, Twin Share or Tripple Share.
Private Room
If you want to have your own space, we recommend choosing a private room. These rooms have an en-suite bathroom, an outdoor balcony, and a sea or garden view.
Twin Room share
You could choose to share a twin-share room with one other person. These rooms have been arranged to make the space suitable for social distancing. There are two single beds. These rooms have an en-suite bathroom, an outdoor balcony, and a sea or garden view.
If you are travelling alone, you can book this accommodation type, and we will match you with someone of the same gender, where possible.
Triple room share
You could choose to share a triple-share room with two other people. These rooms have been arranged to make the space suitable for social distancing. There are three single beds. These rooms have an en-suite bathroom, an outdoor balcony, and a sea or garden view.
If you are travelling alone, you can book this accommodation type, and we will match you with someone of the same gender, where possible.
Arrival time is 11.0m am, and the Check-out time is 12.00 pm.
Please let us know if you wish to arrive the day before or a few days before and leave later; we could arrange this depending on availability.
Facilities
The retreat is set in a family-run greek beachside hotel, with pine and olive trees with lavender flowers. There is a wide range of facilities at the retreat, including:
Yoga terrace: Our yoga terrace is used for yoga classes so that you can enjoy practising your Yoga with the views of the mountains and sea. It is fully equipped with mats, blocks and straps. During the day, the terrace gives you magnificent sea and mountain views and allows you to enjoy them when not used for retreat activities.
Yoga area on the beach: The beachside practice area is used for sunrise and sunset yoga, workout sessions, and other activities. We will provide yoga mats and blocks.
Outdoor swimming pool: There is an outdoor swimming pool overlooking the beautiful sea with sun beds and parasols: A large number of sun beds are available around the retreat so you can choose where to relax. There is also a quiet outdoor seating area where you can read, write or relax.
Breakfast area: There is a dedicated breakfast area at the hotel.
Balcony areas: All rooms have a personal terrace with a table and chairs.
Internet access: free WiFi in all rooms and communal areas.
Car parking: If you wish to hire a car during your stay, private parking is available on the retreat grounds.
Air conditioning is optional.
Food
The Mediterranean beach retreat is hosted at a beachside hotel with direct access to the beach in Vasilikos, the island of Zakynthos, Greece.
One of the other unique experiences at this yoga retreat is our greek food experience. Our retreat leader will take the group to different Greek tavernas for evening meals, where you can enjoy various authentic Greek dishes.
Our plant-based diets are rich in vitamins and minerals, high in fibre, healthy, and largely unprocessed. They’re what your body craves.
Everything is natural and clean, from our herbal teas to sparkling water. With our specially designed plant-based diets, fitness classes and specialist packages—you can lose weight, get healthy, and find happiness that’s yours to keep.

Healthy breakfast (homemade granola, homemade muesli, porridge, fruits, greek yoghurt )
Lunchtime
Free time to sunbathe, swim or discover local restaurants and islands on your own or as a group.
Evening meal examples include Greek salad, Superfood salad, Spinach pie, Greek pasta dishes, Greek vegetable bake, Greek Stuffed Tomato dishes, assorted salads, and many vegetable side dishes.
If you need to be on a strict diet for medical reasons, please let us know when booking.
You are encouraged to drink at least 3-5 litres of water per day whilst at the retreat, as this helps with the elimination of toxins and helps to keep the body well hydrated.
We use locally sourced products and local suppliers, so the menu is typically Greek, with a Mediterranean twist! All dishes are prepared and cooked with care and love.
Breakfast and Dinner are included in the cost of your retreat.
You can enjoy a range of dishes; for Dinner, we have various meals each day at the local taverna ( restaurant ). Usually, we will take a breeze walk to a local taverna ( restaurant ) as a group.

Cephalonia International Airport (EFL) ( ~ 59 km)
Taxi from Zakynthos International Airport (Dionysios SolomosAirport) (ZTH); you can find an official taxi stand outside the airport entrance. Taxis usually accept cash, and you can share up to three people per journey.
The cost from the airport to the retreat is 30-35 EUR per taxi. There are no regular local bus services. Please let us know if you need help booking taxis before arrival.
