The most common questions students ask is how to start a yoga practice ?
There’s no prerequisite to begin a yoga practice. You do not need to know the name of yoga poses and you certainly don’t have to find a full split in your first class. I will guide you in and out of each yoga pose and also give you the tools and advice you need to have a successful yoga practice.
Diana offers individually designed Private yoga lessons to support you with your yoga practice or begin your yoga practice. Private yoga drop-in classes in city or in-home yoga for beginners, yoga for moms, stress-anxiety relieving yoga and restorative yoga with customised yoga sequences are the perfect way to practice yoga and make it ideal for your body and mind.
The beauty of yoga is that you don’t have to be a yogi or yogini to reap the benefits. Whether you are young or old, overweight or fit or can’t touch your toes, yoga has the power to make you flexible while calming the mind and strengthen the body.

6 week ‘ LEARN ‘ bespoke plan
6 Week | Average class duration 60 - 75 min | Difficultly - Easy
This is a perfect place to start as a complete beginner or if you are an occasional yogi. You will learn the fundamentals of yoga postures while developing flexibility, mental and physical strength.
8 week ‘ DEEPEN ‘ bespoke plan
8 Week | Average class duration 60 - 75 min | Difficultly - Easy
This is the natural follow-up to your primary yoga practice. We will focus on posture, breathing techniques, alignment on the mat and further practice of asanas to improve your connection with the yoga flow.
You will work on deepening your practice by combining various new asanas while improving flexibility, confidence and awareness of yourself.
This is a great place to start if you are getting back into the practice or simply wanting to revisit the basics.
12 week ‘ TRANSFORM ‘ bespoke plan
12 Week | Average class duration 60 - 75 min | Difficultly - Easy to Medium
We will focus on extending your practice, learning advance breathing techniques, focusing on asana alignments and further practice of yoga to fit your lifestyle.
Yoga helps you remove the obstacles that obscure who you really are, that it helps you come into a fuller expression of your true nature. Over the 12 weeks your personal yoga journey will encourages the transformation by helping you to shift patterns you’ve developed over time, patterns that may be unhealthy.
Taking this new shape with the body can lead you to learn how to take a new shape with the mind.

Our plans are more than yoga and exercise. Over the initial 12 weeks, Diana will help you experience pleasure in movement of yoga and connect with what’s going on in the world around you.
